Apprentices form an important part of our business, providing us with a highly skilled and productive workforce.  An Apprenticeship is a high quality work-based training programme for young people where you will earn real wages, gain a recognised qualification and new knowledge and skills.

Apprenticeships are often seen as an excellent starting point for anyone who is looking for a career in the motor industry. Vospers recruit all their Ford Apprentices through the illustrious Ford Apprenticeship Scheme. Within this scheme there are 11 disciplines to choose from:

Commercial Sales Executive

Car Technician

Van Technician

Rapid Fit Technician

Service Advisor

Accident Repair Service Advisor

Parts Advisor

Vehicle Body Mechanical Technician

Vehicle Body Paint Technician

Vehicle Body Panel Technician
