How to Order from Vospers

In fact, it's so easy that we don't think you'll need any instructions but here they are, just in case

  • Find an item you like
  • Choose the colour/size, if applicable
  • Scroll down the page until you see "Add To Basket"
  • Wherever you are on the website, you can add items to your basket in the same way
  • You can check the contents of your basket and the total cost at any time by clicking on the "View basket" link at the top right of the page
  • Post and packing costs will be shown in your basket for your selected shipping destination
  • You can remove items from your basket or alter the quantity required at any time
  • Click the "checkout now" button when you finish shopping
  • Fill in all the order details on the secure form
  • Confirm your order details to complete your order

Payment Options

Vospers  payments are made through secure payment method via WorldPay.

When paying through WorldPay the total order amount will be paid for immediately at checkout when you commit to buy. The items will then be despatched when we process the order as quickly as we can. If items are out of stock we will aim to despatch them as soon as possible after they arrive here. The same applies for any backorders that are created due to out of stock items within a larger order. Any cancelled orders will be refunded as quickly as possible. Any returns will always be charged back to your original payment method.

What happens if you only have part of my order in stock?

For Priority Delivery, we'll despatch the items we do have in stock by the next working day, at the latest. We'll email or phone you with a revised despatch date for the other items. If you choose our Free Delivery Option, we'll wait up to a week for all the items to arrive, then send your order out.
