Do you require a deposit?

Yes. A deposit of £150 is required in addition to the estimated rental charge when the vehicle is collected. The deposit is fully refundable with the safe return of the vehicle within the agreed hire period.

 

Do you apply cancellation charges?

Yes. Less than 24 hours' notice may incure a 50% charge of the rental charge. 

 

What is included in your rates?

Offers and prices quoted will include VAT, insurance and full breakdown cover for the UK.

 

What methods of payment do you accept?

We accept all Major Credit and Debit Cards.

 

Do you need to see my driving licence?

In order to complete a proposal for insurance to drive our vehicles each and every driver must present a full, current and valid driving license for every hire. Failure to produce a valid license will result in being refused hire of the vehicle. We advise that you keep your licence with you for the duration of hire.

To view and create a one-time passcode the driver should got to https://www.gov.uk/view-driving-licence where s/he will be asked to submit their:

  • Driving license number
  • National insurance number
  • Postcode

Can I take the vehicle abroad?

With advance notice and our permission you may take our vehicles abroad with the exception of minibuses with over eight passenger seats. Additional documentation and equipment will be required to meet EU regulations. A surcharge and administration charge will apply. Please contact us for further information.

 

Do you offer a delivery and collection service?

We can only offer this service to Account Customers.

 

Do you offer your vehicle one way?

Unfortunately we do not offer one way hires.

 

What is the daily hire period?

The daily hire period is 24 hours from the time you collect the vehicle within our opening hours.

 

What is LW?

Loss Waiver (LW) is supplied within the price of hiring a vehicle and reduces the excess policy of the vehicle to £500. In the event of loss or damage to our vehicle you would be liable for up to £500 of the cost of repair or replacement.

 

Are your vehicles supplied with a full tank of fuel?

All vehicles go out with a full tank of fuel. When returning the vehicle from hire you should re-fill the tank. We recharge fuel at current pump prices, found locally to our depots plus a service charge of £5.00 including VAT.

 

What identification do I need to bring with me?

Two forms of identification are required in addition to the drivers license.
