come with a 14-day money back guarantee
Following a Buy Online order, you can return your vehicle to us within 14 days from the
day after the collection/delivery date without needing to give us any reason
for the return. We have explained the guarantee below, but for full details please also
read section 28 of our T&Cs.
Please note: You must
not use the vehicle after telling us you’re cancelling the agreement and you
must keep the vehicle in the same condition as it was from the day it was
collected/delivered.
14 Day Money Back Guarantee Conditions
If you paid for the vehicle in full:
- If you paid by Visa or MasterCard
debit or credit card, we’ll repay the purchase price back on to that card
- If you have driven the
vehicle more than 50 miles from when it was collected/delivered a usage
fee of £1 per mile will apply
- You must not have made
any alterations or modifications to the car whatsoever
- The vehicle needs to be
in the same condition as when it was collected/delivered (except for fair
wear and tear)
- You’ll need to return
the car’s V5 log book to us by recorded delivery (out of your own pocket,
sorry)
If you paid for the vehicle using finance:
- If you have driven the
vehicle more than 50 miles from when it was collected/delivered a usage
fee of £1 per mile will apply
- You must not have made
any alterations or modifications to the car whatsoever
- The vehicle needs to be
in the same condition as when it was collected/delivered (except for fair
wear and tear)
- The vehicle must not
have any charges or claims against it from any third party including a
finance provider
- You will need to return
the vehicle’s V5 log book to us by recorded delivery (out of your own
pocket, sorry)
How To Start a Return
Start your return in just 3 steps:
- Contact
our Customer Services team by emailing
moneybackguarantee@vospers.com. We’ll acknowledge by email and
call you within 3 days. You must start your return by 4pm on the day the
guarantee period ends (14 days after the delivery day).
- We
will either arrange for you to return the vehicle to us or for us to pick up
the vehicle.
- That’s
it! We’re sorry your chosen vehicle wasn’t right for you, we’d love to help
find you another that is.
