What is Motability?
Motability is a UK charity that provides cars, scooters, and powered wheelchairs to disabled people. It’s funded through the mobility allowance, and it helps to deliver enhanced freedom and independence.

Am I eligible for Motability? The Motability Scheme allows anyone who’s in receipt of a qualifying mobility allowance to lease a brand-new car. If you receive one of the following and it’s valid for at least 12 months, you’ll be eligible for the scheme:
● Higher rate mobility part of Personal Independence Payment (PIP)
● Higher rate mobility part of Disability Living Allowance (DLA)
● War Pensioners’ Mobility Supplement (WPMS)
● Armed Forces Independence Payment (AFIP)
