We're Open

From Wednesday 2nd December all of our dealerships will re-open with our well-established COVID-Safe working practices that have been in place for several months.

Your safety and the safety of our employees is our priority, so we've made significant changes to our premises, processes, and procedures. You will find full details of our safety changes here

SALES / MOTABILITY

From the Wednesday 2nd December our sales showrooms and outside display areas will re-open, with our well-established COVID-Safe working practices that have been in place for several months.

Appointments

Customers are once again able to book appointments to visit our showrooms. We will also continue to offer virtual appointments for customers who would prefer to continue to interact with us remotely this during this challenging time.

Test Drives

Customers are able to book and take test drives of both new vehicle demonstrators and used vehicle stock. Test drives will be unaccompanied. To ensure that vehicles are available and prepared for your arrival, including a full sanitisation using our specialist sanitisation units, booking is essential.

Reserve & Buy Online

Customers continue to have the ability to reserve vehicles online for just £99 and the ability to buy vehicles online with the choice to have a free COVID-Safe click & collect experience, or a free COVID-Safe home delivery.

SERVICE / MOT

Our Servicing departments have continued to operate as normal during lockdown and will continue to do so from Wednesday 2nd December, thanks to our well-established COVID-Safe working practices that have been in place for several months. Please note: Our bodyshop facilities will remain closed until further notice.

PARTS

Our Parts departments will continue to operate as normal. Parts orders can be placed via our Parts website or by calling our Parts teams using our dealership locator to find the right Parts Team number for you. Orders can be delivered or collected with Click & Collect.

To protect our staff and our customers, we've made some changes in our dealerships.

We have done everything we can to keep our staff and you, our valued customers, as safe as possible when visiting us.

You'll be pleased to know we have introduced physical distancing, installed zonal floor markings, and issued staff with protective equipment.
