New Ford Ranger

The New Ranger is now with us in showrooms and available to purchase.

Always a hardworking and dependable option, the Ford Ranger is receiving a refresh to make it even more productive. Available at Vospers Ford from June, this capable model is the ideal partner for challenging jobs and tough terrain.

An element of sophistication has been added to the muscular aesthetic of the new Ford Ranger. Top spec models benefit from LED daytime running lights, and a revised bumper and front grille give the pick-up a sense of refinement. There are also new paint options to choose from, ensuring the Ranger continues to be a striking presence on the road.

The most notable upgrade is the model’s brand new engine – a 2.0-litre EcoBoost diesel, which replaces the 2.2-litre and 3.2-litre TDCi options. Providing the power of a larger unit but with improved fuel efficiency, this engine offers a choice of three power outputs and can be mated to six-speed manual or 10-speed automatic transmission. Choose the automatic variant and you’ll enjoy a 9% rise in fuel economy, with figures reaching 35.3mpg.

For the first time, the Ranger features the FordPass Connect modem, an innovative system that provides you with real-time traffic updates, a 4G WiFi connection and more. Available as an option, it delivers a more connected experience each time you hit the road.
