Vospers have a long history in the Parts retailing and wholesaling with over £20m annual turnover. We now represent leading manufacturers distributing across the region and pride ourselves on our dedicated contact centres where our parts team, provide in store and online specialist advice with prompt delivery.
Bodyshop
As well as providing bodyshop services following damage to cars or vans, when you have specific conversion requirements for your vehicle, Vospers will consult, design, fit and deliver bespoke modifications to new and used cars, vans, trucks, and more.
I have worked in the automotive industry for 38 years, having worked all over the world for some of the most prestigious and largest manufacturers in the world. I am a trained engineer who started life rebuilding performance engines. The service department is a fast paced and exciting place to work, we have highly trained and exceptional people who work within it. There is a great focus on teamwork and commitment to give outstanding customer service. The work is of a technical nature, and it needs people with a real flair for problem solving and the ability to use their initiative.
To become a motor vehicle technician you will need to be good at problem-solving and finding faults. The work now is varied between mechanical and electronics, so having good IT skills is equally required. To be a great Service Advisor you need to have a good attention to detail, however a must have skill is to be a great communicator with excellent inter personal skills. To work in the warranty department within service you need a very keen eye for detail. As well as being very process driven and able to communicate well with others.
